The Texas Observer and the Center for Women’s and Gender Studies Program at Southern Methodist University are hosting a panel entitled, “Collateral Damage” at SMU on January 31st at 7pm. This in-depth and open panel discussion will delve into the forgotten needs of under- and uninsured women, the key role of funding in the women’s health debate, and the uncertain future of choice in Texas.
